No-Show-Proof Booking for Appointment SMBs

Managed scheduling for salons, clinics, trades, and coaches with deposits, guaranteed reminders, and per-location flat pricing.

In plain English

What category is this?
Owners and teams buy to run day-to-day work — scheduling, projects, HR, ops. Here the focus is scheduling.
The idea, briefly

Managed, multi-user booking for appointment SMBs where no-show protection is the product: card-hold deposits with correct multi-currency consent display, reminders guaranteed independent of calendar-integration health, and flat per-location pricing instead of per-seat metering.

What buyers expect

People comparing tools like Cal.com, Calendly expect the basics to work without surprise fees or missing pieces. The loud complaints are: No-show fee consent amounts are wrong for zero-decimal currencies; and a confirmed booking can silently notify nobody.

Should you build this?

Scheduling monetizes per seat: no-show fees mis-display by 100x in 16 currencies, failed calendar integrations produce silent accepted bookings that notify nobody, and the stable self-hosted path cannot do basic multi-user admin. But this is not guaranteed to work: Cal.com already ships card holds, Stripe/PayPal payments, and reminders, and Calendly already sells packages and invoices, so the wedge is correctness plus SMB packaging, not the feature checkbox.
