Verified Team Wiki

Reader-inclusive team wiki with verification ownership and cited answers, flat per workspace.

In plain English

What category is this?
Owners and teams buy to run day-to-day work — scheduling, projects, HR, ops. Here the focus is team knowledge base.
The idea, briefly

Build a verified team wiki that assigns every doc an owner and expiry, surfaces stale pages in one panel, answers with citations, and includes unlimited readers in one workspace price. Deliberately distinct from covered ideas: flat-rate-byok-developer-docs (public API reference hosting), agent-native-msp-documentation-drift (MSP client-environment docs), and flat-rate-unlimited-feedback-roadmap (customer feedback/roadmap/changelog). Caveat: verification workflows already ship at Slab and Slite and reader-only seats already ship at Slite Enterprise, so reader-inclusion plus verification is a packaging wedge, not a novel category.

Whether a flat $79-149/mo reader-inclusive workspace can reach meaningful MRR is an inference; no competitor discloses paid conversion from free/OSS to Cloud.

Should you build this?

Team wikis monetize (Slab $6.67-12.50/user/mo, Slite $10-20/user/mo, Outline $10-249/mo workspace tiers) and search/staleness pain is verbatim on HN, GitHub and G2 snippets, with Guru's move to quote-only pricing leaving a self-serve opening. But verification and reader seats are already partly shipped (Slite verification plus Enterprise reader-only seats, Slab verification, Outline flat workspace tiers and 40k-star OSS distribution), so this is a packaging wedge, not a novel category.
