Flat-Rate Unlimited-Client Reporting

White-label client reporting and client portals for small marketing agencies, billed flat per agency with unlimited clients instead of per client, per dashboard, or per source…

In plain English

What category is this?
Businesses buy to get customers — SEO, ads, content, analytics, social proof. Here the focus is vertical SaaS.
The idea, briefly

Build one flat price per agency for unlimited clients plus unlimited dashboards/reports and a bundled, capped local rank-tracking allotment, with a client-approval loop inside the tool so reports are signed off before they send. Caveat: Swydo already sells unlimited clients and users for EUR 62/mo billed annually with no per-client fee, DashThis' opened pricing page self-describes as 'We don't charge per client, source, or integrations, just by the number of dashboards you need!', and Dataslayer/Reporting Ninja market flat or non-per-client pricing, so flat pricing alone is not unique.

What buyers expect

People comparing tools like AgencyAnalytics, Whatagraph, DashThis expect the basics to work without surprise fees or missing pieces. The loud complaints are: Reddit users report the data-warehouse connector is a steep separate add-on rather than part of the plan; and the rank-tracking add-on is priced per 500 keywords on top of per-client pricing: the opened AgencyAnalytics pricing page lists Rank Tracker at $41.67/mo per 500 keywords billed annually.

Should you build this?

Per-client pricing is a plausible gripe, but the evidence is weak: the Reddit MySQL complaint is snippet-only, the G2 rank-tracker quote could not be found on its cited page, and the G2 summary/FAQ items are 403-blocked snippets, so all are downgraded to interpreted. The problems: this is a crowded category, the flat/no-per-client model is already occupied by Swydo and by DashThis's own positioning, and local rank tracking carries real SERP data cost, so the pitch is a repackaging of a proven model rather than a new one.
